Clipper’s has an active dispute resolution policy, which is why it places customer service at your service. We inform that according to Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU)524/2013 an online dispute resolution platform has been provided by the European Commission and is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

However, CLIPPERS PRODUCTIONS, S.L. will decide, in each case, whether or not to adhere to this system, as we consider that disputes can and should be resolved outside these areas, so we recommend that prior to any claim you use our customer service system. Thank you for your understanding.
