On this website, the name CLIPPER’S is used interchangeably to refer to the same entity.
- INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
1.1. The objective of the CLIPPER’S website is to provide information of interest on the services provided to the general public, offering a restricted access service to its clients.
1.2. All the contents of the website (including, without limitation, databases, images and photographs, patents, drawings, graphics, text files, audio, video and software) are the property of CLIPPER’S or third parties and suppliers of contents, having obtained, if necessary, the corresponding license or assignment on the part of the owners, and are, therefore, protected by national and/or international standards of intellectual and industrial property.
The compilation (meaning the compilation, design, arrangement and assembly) of all the content of the website is the exclusive property of CLIPPER’S, and is protected by national and international industrial and intellectual property laws.
1.3. All the software used in the screens, navigation, use and development of the website is the property of CLIPPER’S and/or its software suppliers, and is protected by national and international industrial and intellectual property laws.
1.4. The brands, labels, distinctive signs or logos of CLIPPER´S that appear on the website are owned by CLIPPER´S and are duly registered.
1.5. All texts, data, graphic drawings, videos and audio supports are the property of CLIPPER´S and/or the entities providing information, and cannot be subject to further modification, copying, alteration, transformation, reproduction, adaptation or translation by part of the User or of third parties without the express authorization of the owners of said contents.
1.6. Making available to Users for their use the databases, drawings, graphics, images and photographs, text files, audio, video and software owned by CLIPPER’S and/or its listed suppliers in the website does not imply, in any case, the transfer of ownership or the granting of a right of exploitation in favor of the User, other than the right of use that entails the legitimate use and according to the nature of the website.
1.7. Any use of the contents of the website, of the services and in general of all the rights mentioned in the preceding headings without the authorization of CLIPPER’S is strictly prohibited, including its exploitation, reproduction, diffusion, transformation, distribution, transmission by any medium, subsequent publication, exhibition, public communication or total or partial representation; which, if produced, will constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may be sanctioned by current legislation.

The sale of tickets is understood to be carried out at the official registered office of the event whitesummer.es and the purchase of a ticket through this portal implies the acceptance of the general conditions established therein.

ACCESS TO THE PRECINCT
To access the enclosure it is mandatory to show a valid ticket, which will be verified by means of a scanner. It is mandatory to show your ID or passport to identify yourself.
- The Organization cannot guarantee the authenticity of the ticket if it has not been purchased at the official points of sale.
The resale of tickets is prohibited and punishable by law.
The Festival Organization is not responsible in case of loss, theft or duplication of the ticket.
- The Organizer will deny access to the premises to the ticket holder if any of the following circumstances occur:
- a)The entry is incomplete, amended, broken or with signs of falsification.
- b)The bearer manifests a violent attitude or publicly incites hatred, violence, or discrimination based on birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other condition or social or personal circumstance, and, including those carriers who behave in an aggressive manner or cause disturbances both outside and at the entrance to the enclosure, as well as those who carry weapons or objects capable of being used as weapons and wear clothes , objects and/or symbols that incite violence or advocate activities contrary to the fundamental rights recognized in the law and the Constitution.
- c)The wearer shows symptoms of intoxication or of being or having consumed drugs or narcotic substances.
The exercise of the right of admission will not entail, in any case, the denial of access to the bearer for reasons of birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity.
At the entrance to the premises, the public may be subject to a registration according to the Current Law. The entry of objects that may be considered dangerous by the Organization or are prohibited by current regulations is not allowed. The entry of any type of drink and/or food into the premises is also prohibited.
- The Organizer may deny access to or expel from the premises any person, even if they are a ticket holder, in case of non-compliance with the instructions of the Organization’s staff, as well as in the case that it can reasonably be assumed that will create a situation of risk or danger for the wearer himself or other attendees or for states of apparent or potential intoxication, making the wearer personally responsible in all cases for his own actions and omissions that cause injuries to third parties or property damage.
- Possession of the entry does not entitle the holder or third parties to use it or its content for advertising, marketing or promotional purposes (including contests, giveaways and/or sweepstakes).
Failure to comply with this point will oblige the advertiser and/or unauthorized user to be responsible for the damages and losses caused.
These activities will be tracked on the Internet in order to establish the relevant responsibility.
Access to the festival restaurant is prohibited without a valid ticket for the concert.
GENERAL ENTRY CONDITIONS
Once the ticket has been purchased, it will only be exchanged or refunded in case of cancellation of the event. Tickets will not be refunded for medical or health reasons, including the COVID-19 virus.
In case of cancellation of the event, the purchaser may request reimbursement within thirty days of the date of public communication of the cancellation, and in the manner specified by the Organizer of the event.
The Organizer will only refund the amount of the ticket, not being responsible for any other expenses such as, by way of example and with a merely enunciative and non-limiting character, online or bank payment systems, hotels, trips, meals, per diems , etc.
The suspension of more than half of the scheduled concert will be considered cancellation.
The Organization reserves the right to alter or modify the program.
The amount of the ticket will not be returned in case of cancellation of the Event due to bad weather conditions, natural disasters, closing of the Spanish airspace or other causes of force majeure not imputable to the Organizer.
The amount of the ticket will not be returned in case of cancellation of the concert due to the suspension or modification that occurs once the show or the activity has started and are due to fortuitous causes or force majeure.
In the event that the spectator considers that he/she will not be able to enjoy the show for reasons of the Organization, he/she must contact the Organization before the Event begins and never later than the first two songs or the equivalent of ten minutes of the event, who will assess the situation and try to provide the best possible solution.
MINORS
The organizing company, in order to protect health and children, does not recommend attending the event for children under 4 years of age.
In the event that parents/guardians decide to attend the event for children under 4 years of age, it will always be under their company and responsibility, and they must leave the premises once the performance has ended.
The company organizing the event informs that children older than 4 years (included) will have to purchase their own ticket and will not be able to enter with the ticket of the accompanying adult.
In the sessions called Children there will be no age limitation to access the venue. In this case, only children under the age of 4 are excluded from purchasing their own ticket and as long as they do not occupy a seat.
Children under the age of 16 (included) must be accompanied by an adult (father/mother/guardian), and fill in and hand in the corresponding access form for minors, certifying by presentation of ID, family book or passport the paternofilial relationship or responsibility over the minor.
During the stay at the venue, both the accompanying person and the minor are required to present their ID or passport to the Organization’s staff who require it to prove their identity. Foreigners must bring the appropriate documents from their country of origin or their passport.
During the entire stay at the site, the minor’s companion will be responsible for any action they take.
The Organization informs that current legislation expressly prohibits the sale of alcohol and tobacco to minors under the age of 18.

IMAGE RIGHTS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The holder of the ticket consents to appear in images taken inside the venue by different media for subsequent informative or promotional dissemination, and authorizes said use, being the responsibility of each media for its treatment.
In the case of images collected by the Organization, these data will be treated in accordance with the already defined privacy policy.
All image and intellectual property rights are reserved. Any filming, recording or reproduction inside the premises is prohibited unless expressly authorized by the Organisation.
These actions can lead to a criminal or civil action for damages.
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
The venue in which the Event takes place can be controlled by video surveillance for the safety of all participants.
Any recorded video image can be used as evidence of illegal conduct or any damage that could be proven to both people and property.
If necessary, the data will be automatically provided to relevant judicial or police authorities.
PROTECTION OF THIRD PARTY DATA
In the event that you are providing information about a companion, you are obliged to previously inform and obtain their consent for data processing according to our privacy policy included in the registration form.
DOUBTS AND CLAIMS SHEETS
For any questions or queries, the Organization puts general information at your disposal on the official website of the Event.
Those who wish to request a claim sheet can do so directly via e-mail through the contact address ticketing@clippersmusic.org or request it on the day of the event at the information/ticketing point.
EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
In case of cancellation of the Event and refund of the entrance fee, the Organization is not responsible for the purchase charges made by the sales platforms.
OTHER CONDITIONS
The applicable legislation is Spanish.
The contracting language is according to the language chosen at the beginning of the purchase.
The user’s confirmation of acceptance of the conditions is filed in the Organization’s computer system, and the user can download and print it if necessary.
The Organization reserves the right to cancel or modify any of the previous conditions, in which case it must notify the attending public via e-mail, being the obligation of the user to consult his/her email periodically to be updated against any news that can affect you directly.
The Organization has an active conflict resolution policy that it puts at the service of the client. According to Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013 an online dispute resolution platform has been made available by the European Commission which is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. However, it will be the Organization who decides, in each case, whether or not to adhere to this system, considering that there are conflicts that can and must be resolved outside of these areas through the event’s own customer service system.
The buyer has the right to request the invoice for the purchase of tickets up to a maximum of one month after the end date of the event.
